Landee's Land

A public-safe map of where veteran help is needed.

Landee turns intake and community reports into coarse location signals for housing, VA disability, and education benefit assistance. The map is built for visibility, not exposure.

Red: help needed or not verified in Landee Yellow: service verified and on the five-month track Green: verified housing partner or safe point
How Landee works

Landee turns ZIP codes into verified veteran support zones.

Landee's Land helps veterans find verified help near them, helps voucher holders find voucher-friendly housing, and helps the community identify where more housing support is needed.

Highway exits are only navigation anchors. Landee does not send veterans to an exit for help. Landee uses the ZIP code, neighborhood, or closest major exit to find verified safe points nearby, such as churches, shelters, nonprofits, VFWs, food pantries, VA-connected partners, and community centers.

Veteran need

Public map signals stay anonymous by ZIP, city, county, or support zone. Exact location and private case data stay off the public map.

Voucher-friendly housing

Landee can list voucher-friendly landlords and self-confirmed participants, but a specific unit still needs the proper PHA process before approval.

Safe support points

Churches, shelters, nonprofits, and community partners only become public safe points after contact or review confirms they can accept referrals.

Landy to Codee loop

Landy finds prospects. Codee opens the doors.

Donations help pay for the software, map/API usage, storage, and outreach logic that keeps this loop moving.

01

Landy searches

Find rental properties, property managers, churches, shelters, nonprofits, and safe-point prospects near a ZIP or support zone.

02

Landy scores fit

Rank likely voucher fit, safe-point fit, service access, contact quality, and whether the resource should be contacted.

03

Codee follows up

Email or call the landlord, property company, church, nonprofit, or partner to confirm participation and referral readiness.

04

Replies return

Codee sends structured results back to Landee with status, confidence, next step, and public-safe label.

05

Landee updates

The map updates after review. Green is used for verified partners or resources, not guaranteed unit approval.

The five-API Landee operating layer.

Landee runs cache-first. The public demo shows saved evidence and API readiness without running paid scans. Admin manual refresh is the only path that should touch paid providers.

Public safety rule: Green means verified partner/resource status. It does not mean a specific unit is PHA-approved, available, or guaranteed.
Community signals

Live Landee map board

Each card is intentionally limited to coarse location, status, and benefit lane. Names, contact details, exact addresses, and private notes stay out of the public map.
